10th October is World Mental Health Day
When it comes to mental health, there are little things we can all do to help lift our mood or ease any anxieties we may have. It's important to find that thing that works for you, something as simple as going for a walk in the fresh air or listening to our favourite song can be all that is needed to help ourselves on a daily basis to keep on track with our own mental health.
When it comes to helping others, sometimes small things like a listening ear, a quick text to check in or just popping in with a packet of biscuits and a brew could be enough to help someone through a difficult day/time.
